The breakfast featured amazing variety, including fresh options. The pillows were flat, offering little support.

The breakfast is complementary and delicious, with hot dishes and served at very reasonable times, as example. We would like to come again to have once again a really nice new year.

The thoughtful welcome gifts and complimentary drinks made us feel special. Enjoyed the spacious wellness area, ideal for unwinding after a day in the city.

The breakfast was a bit disorganised, and the location was 15min by tram - not a problem, especially given the price - but also wasn't the nicest walk in to town.

had a really really nice stay with my husband, we spent 3 nights here, everything was perfect. particularly good location, just a walking distance from la fabrika, loved it.

Very clean, and the sauna and jacuzzi were great. Breakfast was good, wish we had known about the free special orders for block of rooms.

Jacuzzi could have been warmer, and breakfast could go a little later than 9:30.

Whole place was clean with nice views; excellent location easy to get to the main attractions. Savoury and delicious breakfast with a lot of bakery and eggs to satisfy every guest. Well-maintained rooms, really really nice stay because of Christmas holidays!

Family with children excellent spot

We arrived to a warm greeting from the staff, and they even threw in a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. The complimentary upgrade to a spacious room was a really nice touch that added to our experience.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but for what we got, it was just fine.

The whirlpool and sauna was nice at the end of the day after walking for hours and it was very clean, with a nice comfy bed (excecutive room).

The breakfast left a lot to be desired and its not in the best area but if you don't mind a ten-15min tram ride to the central attractions its not so bad considering the money you save.

..Extol is a great little Inn. We had an executive room. It was big, clean, quiet with mini bar and coffee maker. We also received wellness robes. The place is cca 10-15m from city centre..so its easy acessible.. Breakfast is ok for the price..executive rooms do get an extra free offer of meals which are very good. One warning..if you take a taxi from centre to hotel, always, but alyways negotiate the price first..cca 200-250 czk.. The taxi drivers are cheating a lot..one was so shameless that he even said that the prices are 50% higer in the night..so we paid 380 czk!!

The hotel couldn't even provide air conditioning, just a noisy fan, and the jacuzzi was out of order at first. As a guest, i expected a complimentary stay gift for my troubles but instead received neglect. I almost left a good review but just couldn't. Defintely disappointing!

The hotel wasa clean and comfortable and the reception staff very pleasant.

We stayed 3 nights in a 3*** executive room. It was very nice, clean and spacious. Staff is very helpful, the hotel restaurant is very good with reasonable prices. Tram is only a few hundred meters from the hotel, you can get to the city center within 20' minutes easily. We will certainly come back soon.
